It is not for the faint, but if you like stinky diaper cheese it’s a treat, rich and superfunky, ever-so-slightly ammoniac, and–no other word for it–dirty. Not that it tastes like dirt, but it has a rough-edged, loamy aspect unlike anything I’ve tasted before.
