Dieppa, Hannah Wiley, Jessica Villagomez, and Carla Minet, of the <a href=\"http:\/\/periodismoinvestigativo.com\/2018\/05\/most-puerto-rican-evacuees-in-chicago-didnt-benefit-from-fema-hotel-program\/\">Centro de Periodismo Investigativo<\/a> in San Juan.
