More intrigue from the world of Wisconsin cheese<\/a>. Unfortunately the offending blog has been taken down — so I’m unable to compare the posts for myself. But, I would take this opportunity to say that, \u00a0while I seem unable to stop \u00a0compulsively<\/a> pointing out<\/a>\u00a0to people that Jeanne Carpenter is the communications director for the Wisconsin Dairy Business Innovation Center<\/a> (a fact that’s not exactly hidden, but is hard to discern from a quick look at her blog), she also knows her Wisconsin cheese inside and out, and the Cheese Underground<\/a> is a reliably good read.<\/p>\n And plagiarism is just obnoxious and lazy, whether you’re Maureen Dowd or “the Cheese Genius.”<\/p>\n In other news: apparently there’s going to be a Wisconsin Cheese Festival<\/a> this November in Madison.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" More intrigue from the world of Wisconsin cheese.
