Because what cheesemaker wants to lug pounds of bandaged cheddar back to Vermont? It&#8217;s Sunday from 10-1 in the fifth-floor dining room at Kendall College, 900 N. North Branch ( just up from the northwest corner of Chicago and Halsted).
